Early each year, MLQ presents a “Challenge” which members may respond to over the course of the year. Completed objects are anonymously presented at our December meeting. Members then vote for their favorite quilted object.

Some guidelines — Your piece can be:

• any fabric object
• any size
• at least 1 manipulated block per piece
• many different manipulated blocks or just one
• isolated — or part of a whole
• combined with other blocks or motifs

As always, should you choose to participate, finished quilts are due at the December Tea, December 13, 2024.

Hopefully you’ll use something more complicated than a 9-patch — but that’s up to you. 😊
